Hey. My brother and I booked a one way ticket to Vancouver as we were hoping our working holiday visas would have been accepted by now. However the visa office has emailed me asking for a couple of additional documents. If I was to wait until our visas were accepted I will need to push the flight back and I'm not sure how far. If we were to leave on our original date will we have trouble getting into the country on a one way if we are still waiting for our visas? We have enough funds to support…

Tried getting a bus reservation but already all the seats are taken for June.

If there could be no-shows for the bus, what time of the morning should I plan to be at the staging area to secure a possible seat? Without a seat, consider walking the 11 km to get to Lake O'Hara? How much time will that take? Is the road steep? How much time would we have at the lake area before we'd want to see if we could get the bus out of the park at 4:30? So disappointed that I wasn't able to secure a seat on…

Been over 10 years since I've been to the east coast. Heading to Halifax in August & will also pop over to PEI for a weekend. Last trip east I enjoyed the Cabot trail & didn't make it to the Halifax region. Would love suggestions on what to enjoy while I am out east. (MB is home)

Cross-posed in the USA forum.

At the end of 2017 I will be 30 and just graduating from my Masters of Engineering (Biomedical) in Melbourne, Australia. As you must be younger than 31 at the time of application, this will be my last chance to apply for a 24 month visa to work in Canada (something I've been meaning to do for many years now).

I'd probably be happy just getting the ordinary working holiday visa and working in any job that allows a degree of flexibility, but I'd ultimately be…

As an Australian couple we wish to explore Nova Scotia & New England regions in the fall starting in Halifax finishing in Boston. Is this a realistic road trip? Any tips for car hire travelling across the border? Or would we be better to consider it as two separate components with separate car hire in each country & flying between the major cities.

Thanks for your input A& C

what's up guys I need your help and suggestions. I really want to do a road trip for about 5-7 days in late august before I return to school and I don't know exactly where to go. I'm 21, from Toronto, I'm planning for a budget of about $2000, I'm really interested in seeing new places/cities and what they offer(history ,museums, parks, restaurants, places of fun) as the only place I've been to is New York so far.

I'm currently planning to go solo, my friend might join later on but I like…
