Working in Canada as a UK citizen

Hey there, first off apologies if the answer to this is in the FAQ. I've had a look and couldn't see anything but i'm in an internet cafe and time is money.

Coming from the UK can i get a working holiday visa for Canada? I don't want to emigrate i'd just like to finish my trip in canada and will need some money to keep going. I read that maybe you had to have a job offer to qualify for one.

Any light that you could shed on the matter would be v useful.
