Vancouver for 48 hours

First and for most, I know that 48 hours is not nearly enough time... that being said does anyone have any "absolutely must see's"?? I have read about Stanley Park and it seems like a great place to start. I have also heard good things about the Science World. I've heard good things about Victoria Island as well but I imagine that will take the entire day. Any help would be great. Oh and I have a rental car so I can get pretty much anywhere.

What sort of activities do you like? What kind of food do you want to eat? What part of town are you staying in?

Granville Island, take a trip on the Aquabus, great views of the city, and there is a stop at Science World. Stanley Park for sure, walk the sea wall.
