Does anyone know if there is any bus from the center of the town to the airport? Thank you.

There is a bus but it is pretty useless if you are not an airport worker, it is the 78, only runs M-F and there are only two buses out to the airport in the morning around 7:00 to 7:30 and three buses back in the evening around 16:00 to 17:30 and otherwise nothing. The local bus system is www.rtcquebec.ca/ from their network map it looks a fair hike out to the nearest alternative bus route.

Marka's take on public transit to the Quebec City airport fits my experience too. Odd that there is so little, for a decent-sized airport, but during most of the day the only choice is taxi. To double-check, ask your hotel reception.
