How is it possible to score a goal every minute?
I've been strugling with that for an hour and a half?

Wonder if the Kiwi coach decided to pull the keeper at 50 goals?

Pulling the goalie in the first period might make sense. At least you'd spend a bit of time in the centre of the ice, every time they scored you'd get to centre for a faceoff.

Aero, I just got back from Ottawa too, and my God it was difficult navigating the crowds downtown on Saturday night. The airport was no picnic either. Damned hockey.

I come from a place with no ice and which is also a long long way from any snow, therefore have never played ice hockey in my life, and have less than zero interest in it.

Seriously, growing up on the S. Island we don't even get to ski, let alone skate - dunno why anyone here would care about hockey. Water sports on the other hand....

Maybe Calgary should have kept JS Giguere when they had him...

I heard the TV ratings were down considerably from last year. I'm a little surprised, I actually thought Ottawa would give them a better run.

Vancouver Radio station tried calling random numbers in the Anaheim area the day after the game to see if people knew who the new Stan Lee Cup Champion was. I'm sure you can guess what the result was...
