Your best bet is probably to try posting on craigslist for a private deal.
There are plenty of outfits that rent furnished apartments, mainly for business travellers, but these tend to be quite pricey.
It sounds like you are looking for a two-bedroom place fairly central. Be prepared to pay somewhere in the range of $2,000. You might get lucky and pay less but beware any astonishingly cheap deals and do your homework on neighbourhoods, the condition of the apartment and the reliability of the person offering it before you actually commit to anything.
