I'm thinking about going to Havana for a week, and just read that it's suggested to be vaccinated against hepatite A and typhoid before going. Being a foreigner in Montréal, I would be very grateful if somebody could tell me where to go to get it done. Being a foreigner, I of course expect to pay for it, and would also appreciate any information on the price. Thanks in advance!

In Canada we have telephone books. In the telephone book there's a section for business listings called the Yellow Pages. Look up "vaccinations" in the Yellow Pages and you'll get pile of listings for clinics that do this service.

You can also access it on-line here.

Cheers,
Terry

Advise regarding vaccinations required and administration of the vaccinations are provided at the Travel Clinics. Canadians use and pay for theirs at these clinics.
I did a search in Google and found the ones for Montreal. Enter the words 'Montreal travel clinic' (not in quotes) in Google search and they will be listed for you.

Clarification - we all use these clinics redardless of citizenship. They are not restricted to Canadians. Fees are paid by all clients, including Canadians.

Sorry no. There is the consult cost plus vaccinations. I'm in the western interior of BC. Consult ranged from $25 to $35. Vaccinations ranged from $35 to $80+. It depends on what you are already vaccinated for and the current requirements for Havanna/Cuba. Almost none of mine were covered by my Medical coverage.
