Hello all
I am travelling to Montreal with three of my closest friends next week. We have figured out lodging, food, and transportation--- this was all done quite some time ago (we are doing Air B&B, the listings are quite ubiquitous in MTL). However, we are looking for things to do, as we will be in the city for six days. I looked through the forum for about 10 minutes trying to find things to do, but all of the posts seemed to cater to people travelling alone. I am looking for activities to do in Montreal for four young men, one of which is LGBTQ. So, in essence what are daytime activities in Montreal that work well for groups? We planned on visiting the biodome, the old city, as well as the Museum of Fine Arts already. Is it worth it to plan a day trip to Ottawa or Quebec City? In addition to this, I have heard a whole lot about Montreal's night life. We plan to explore this a little bit. Are there good nightlife options that are not LGBTQ exclusive but provide an environment in which an LGBTQ person would not feel uncomfortable? Any bars y'all would recommend? BTW, we are staying in Plateau Mont Royal. Thanks so much.
