San is one a. Also known as Basarwa and in a derogatory way as Bushman. Remember the movie The Gods Must Be Crazy?
I taught San middle school students in Botswana for 3 years. Really difficult language to master. Never tried!

It's entirely possible to pop them out without pain, the wider the hips the easier it should be. My friend's Mum barely made it to the hospital - a grand total of 20 minutes from the first twinge until the baby arrived.

I'm more concerned about the "just leaving" it part.

I'm pretty sure Prince Albert doesn't have toilets yet.
