Is anybody able to provide any up to date information on this?
My understanding is that the Canada-US database if fully shared now and visible on the primary terminals of Canadian customs agents at major airports.
Does anyone know where Australia stands currently? There is a 5 country agreement which allows sharing on fingerprint data, but that is all I've been able to dig up.
To not disclose a minor criminal conviction could potentially be a viable option if it is too recent to be deemed rehabilitated, but there would hardly be any point if it shows up when they scan your passport.
