boat ride up the Saint Lawrence River from Quebec City

My wife and I (early 40s) are planning a 5 day trip to Quebec City in September and I'm trying to see about incorporating some sort of overnight boat trip up the river. When i search online all i saw was cruise ships but I'd like to find something more along the lines of a sailboat.

Once we got up river, we'd want to get off and see something interesting.

Any ideas on how to find this sort of transport?

Aside from the fact that there is no such thing available, you would not be able to do that in any case. To be able to operate any motorized vessel in Canada an Operators license is required.
