2) Can I get private transport if the above does not work?

Hi,
I’m planning on taking the Intercape from Cape Town to Windhoek and would like to rent a car the day I arrive in Namibia, so I need to know when my arrival time is.

I plan to visit Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, as well as the DRC , entering from Uganda to the Virungas NP and leaving from Goma to Rwanda. I got my vaccination in 2005, and therefore it was supposed I should take it again 10 years later. But WHO said it was not necessary, since the single vaccine seems to be enough. Now, what is the policy of the mentioned countries? Would they let me in with a 2005 YF stamp and an explanation about the WHO recommendations?

The attack occurred during the night of 13-14 November on the national highway near Ngwenda village (Rutshuru Territory). Tragically one of the truck drivers also lost his life during the incident and a second…
