where would you go snorkelling? We want to spend about week just snorkelling, preferably onshore without a need of boat hiring. (lower number of other tourists would be a nice bonus:)
We are also afraid of coral bleeching and lack of fishes.

I´m wondering if anybody has experience of heading to Dakar via land (7 place taxi maybe?) from Abene,
The ferry from Ziguinchor would be the obvious option I guess, but we´re quite curious to see the change of the scenery as you head up north through the country.

Hello..i will be in Mauritania on february 2020 for a trip which start Senegal .. In my country there is not any embacy to apply for visa and i ask if any one knows if i can get visa in the borders senegal-mauritania..
I have read about car rental in Cape Verde, but as I would be travelling alone I would prefer the flexibility (and potential cost savings) of using a moped.
I see mention of quad bikes online, but not really my thing.
With relatively limited time available I would be focusing Santiago, Sao Vicente and maybe Santo Antao.

Has anyone recently visited Yeha temple and knows if the main renovations are finally finished? Or is the Almaqah temple still obscured by lots of scaffoldings...?

Myself and my fiancée will be arriving in kigoma either tomorrow or Tuesday and in order to visit Gombe national park. I didn't realise how tricky it would be to get to and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to visit the park on a budget? If anyone has experience of visiting the park we would sincerely appreciate any suggestions you can make.

From what I have read, I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but does Zanzibar airport has any lockers (and any other facilities/ lounges to waste a few a hours)?
Also, the airport transfer with the hotel in Pemba is extortionate so is it easy to catch a private taxi (to Wamba) and how much this would be?
