Has anyone flown into Livingstone, particularly with 1time air? In their terms and conditions it states that

  1. All passengers must ensure that they hold a visa for
entry into the country of the destination of their 1time
    flight.
Passengers who do not have a valid visa will not be
    accepted for travel.

I was under the impression that I could get a visa upon my arrival at the airport in Livingstone but this makes it seem like I need to obtain a visa before my flight. I've travelled overland into Zambia and there was no problem with getting a visa at the border. Can anyone advise? (I'm Canadian.)

Getting a visa on arrival will be no problem.

However, this doesn't stop the airlines making their own rules and perhaps they won't let anyone on board without a visa in advance. That seems harsh, since so many nationalities can get visas on arrival, so perhaps they are covering themselves with their T&C to give them the right to refuse someone, for example, who has an unusual passport where they don't know if a visa is available on arrival. Ultimately, if someone is refused entry the airline is responsible for taking them back.

Also, bear in mind that this condition is obviously a catch all and relates to all countries that they fly to (some of which may need visas in advance for more people).

I think the only thing you can do for peace of mind is to contact the airline and ask.

1time definitely won't refuse you on their flight.
