It depends on what activities you want to do while in Livingstone. During my recent trip I went bungi, rafting, safari, abseiling and cruises. This time I stayed at Fawlty Towers lodge which is really a relaxing place to be after a busy day with free airport transer and daily transfer to the falls. Last year during October (my first visit to Livibgstone) I did the Livingstone Island devil pool that is really awesome and scary and I stayed at Livingstone backpackers. A lot of the people who did the activities with me stayed at Jollyboys and said it was a nice place to be. But the 2 backpackers I stayed at was really fun and entertainment as well!! especially the climbing wall at Livingstone backpackers. Most of the activities are on the Zambian side of the border.

JNB airport (OR Tambo) we stay at the very convenient Shoestrings Airport Lodge and Backpackers which is just across the autobahn/freeway/expressway from the airport.
