Last weekend I tried to book the Intercape Mainliner bus from Victoria Falls to Windhoek with departure in July.

At that time two departures were offered:
Sunday 11:00h from the Zambia side
Sunday 12:00h from Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe

Since I have made all my bookings in Zimbabwe, we wanted a pick up there. But the reservation form did not work until now. It is working now, but now offering only one choice: Sunday 11:00h from the VICTORIA FALLS (Zambia (Zambian side)).

How exactly is the bus going from? Where is the bus station placed? How far from the border? How to get there?
I can't find that kind of information on www.intercape.co.za.

I need to know if we can manage to be at the bus station at 10:30, starting from the Zimbabwe side. I guess we can walk over the bridge? And then?

Information is highly appreciated!

You walk over the bridge and take a short taxi ride from there. There will be plenty of them trying to get your business. Don't worry.

Thanks,

Is the stop at Shoprite Bus Station, Kapondo St, Livingstone? In the center of Livingstone?
Does the Intercape Mainliner not longer pass Zimbabwe?

I don't recall now, but the taxi drivers know. It wasn't too far out at all. It was a quick trip. We crossed in order to get the bus to the Malawi border.
