Does anyone know if we can get ugandan visa on border crossing Bunagana/Kisoro?
Maybe someone did this route independently?
Did anyone applied for ugandan transit visa (land crossing)?
Thanks in advance for any answer/advice

You can get the Ugandan Visa from the Bunagana crossing, its quite a big crossing, actually much more developed than the Chanika crossing with Rwanda nearby. I would still recommend for your trip that you enter and exit Congo via Goma and then travel to Uganda via Musanze and Chanika though, as this is 100% 'doable'. If you want to visit Bunagana it is possible for visa free entry from Uganda if you do not exceed 24 hours and you make a few handshakes at the border on Market day as this day the border is open to Ugandan and Rwandan people for trade.

As for the visa, Uganda issues only a single entry visa for inland transit – at least that was the practice two years ago.
