where can I buy it ? at the entrance of the park or at a local agency ? please , please let me know , it's urgent !

Gorilla permit office in Kampala. (next to British consulate) Must be paid in USD if they have any left. They were $500 per person but word was they are going up to $850 sometime this year.

Cant buy onlıne but ı thınk you can reserve them over the phone. They are called the Ugandan Wıldlıfe Authorıty. Number wıll be ın lonely planet.
