Have been there and back since Sunday to Europe.
Was not sure if to tell to other people about my bad experience with Edirisa or not, maybe they do deserve other chances ?
Well, was supposed to go to QENP and Bunyoni with them, more easy as I don't drive. We were supposed to leave the 30th of November from Kabale, they told me "something has changed, we leave on 1st December", after some days a new email "we leave from Kasese, not from Kabale". When I arrived in Kasese the 30th I got an email sent the evening before I left Kampala for Kasese and the person of Edirisa told me "come to Kabale, don't go to Kasese". I've started to be a little bit (very much indeed) angry as I wasn't supposed to check my email late in the evening to find out they've changed our plans.
I called the person and he told me "we wont leave the 1st of December but the 2nd", on the evening of the 1st December I called him telling that I couldn't wait like this for ages and he answered "I'm on my way to Kasese, 60 km, I'm there within two hours, we are going to QENP tomorrow early in the morning". It was 7.30 pm and when I went to bed at 11.30 nobody was there. I left the morning after at 8.30 for Kampala and big surprised when I arrived in Kampala : got an email from the same person telling me "I was in your hotel at 7.30 am but you've left". It was not true because before I leave the hotel I've asked if someone came and looked for me. So I wasted time and have been to Kasese just to go back to Kampala.
Good experience: at the end if was even better not to go with Edirisa and other people. I've asked to a friend's friend (the friend : a girl who works in the French Ambassy) to come with me (with a 4x4) to QENP, Bwindi and Bunyoni and the experience was great.
He has been so kind, so trustworthy, so attentive and interesting, we had great laughs and discussed a lot about Uganda, actually he learned me a lot about his country and culture and he has a good education. He's a very careful driver and also, if you are on a tight budget, he will do his best to make you save money and bargain the price for you. Last but not least, he never tried to make advances.

Sorry for my bad English, hope at least that the content of the message is clear. If someone wants some info ... I'm also trying to find the name of the place where I stayed in QENP, paid just 10,000 shillings for a private room, people were so lovely and kind ... it was close to the enter for Mweya lodge.
