Do you guys know how it's best to go from Jinja (Uganda) to Arusha, Tanzania by bus?
Do I have to go back to Kampala and take Scandinavian Bus from there or are there any bus company who goes through Jinja?

you can pick up the Kampala Coach or Akamba (who may now be Easy Coach) in Jinja as they both stop here to pick passengers up en route to Nairobi from Kampala, i think both have an office there (jinja). In any case you will be able to get another bus from Jinja to Nairobi and then take the Impala Shuttle to Arusha which leaves from a number of locations in Nairobi. No Scandinavian bus in Uganda unless its invisible or called something else now
