Hi,

Jsut a short question. I'm trying to reach the UWA by e-mail and telephone because of gorilla permits. E-mail is no succes, but the telephone is now being answered for the third time and again they put me on hold for about 15 minutes? Than I hang up because it takes too long.

Is this normal voor the UWA? Has anybody got experience with this?

UWA has 2 numbers.

Some times it is picked by a member in a another office, I think the administrator's office, who forwards the call to the Gorilla permit reservation office.

There are many offices at UWA dealing in different things and are all using the 2 major numbers for communication.

When ever I call UWA, the same thing that happened to you happens to me and you will have to be patient.

Hi. the UWA reservations office lines have been down save for one. Hence the delay, you may have to send a 3rd party to their office in Kampala physically to sort things out.
