As you know, Al-Shebab has also outed treats to Burundi, as they are the only other country supporting AU troops in Somalia. Bujumbura nightlife and hotels are MUCH less than in Kampala, so I wouldnt go the few nightspots/big hotels for a while...

Seems the police is on top now with folks arrested, but the bombing operation was bigger than expected in view of the many unexploded bombs/bombs in preparation. Just be careful going to very crowded places in Kampala I would assume.
