hallo,

just would like to know if it is possible to visit kolmannskuppe without any guide or tour
If not when are the daily guiding tours
when are the opening hours? open in the afternoon?
is it far from Lüderitz

You don't need a guide, just buy a ticket to go in, it's approx. 12 from Luederitz, as far as I know they are open all day, but you can find that out in Luederitz.

I think they close around 4 - you can call and check, or just go there and see if you can still get in.

You can only get tickets in Luderitz, so you need to go there first anway if you're driving in from the east. You're always booked on a tour afaik, but can wander around freely when the first bit has finished. The tour was worth listening to, and you get to see inside the old community buildings.
Don't miss the oyster restaurant in Luderitz harbour...

i just bought a ticket on-site. we knew the guy working there but he was selling tickets also to the car behind us.

You can by the ticket on side - no problem now.
