Uganda - Nile Safaris Ltd - caution advised

In our August/September trip to East Africa, we used the services of James Bakeine who runs Nile Safaris Ltd based in Kampala. The trip was well organised but he defaulted on a payment of about US$2500 to a Tanzanian sub-agent so we had to pay twice. Three months later, James still has not repaid us despite continual promises to do so. He appears to have a cash flow problem.
We advise caution when dealing with Nile Safaris.
