Transit Between T3 and T1

Hello,

i would like to know if i need visa in order to Transit Between Terminal 3 And Terminal 1, My Flight (Egyptair) arrives at T3 and my second Flight which was booked separately (Emirates To Dubai) Departs form Terminal 1.

most nationalities dont need a transit visa in egypt. but without knowing your nationality, nobody can answer your question.
