Tonga Soa Hotel, Ivato, Madagascar

I will be passing through Tana on route to Antalaha and need accomodation near the airport. I have read of Tonga Soa Hotel in the Brandt travel guide, but cannot find information online. My email to them has so far gone unanswered.

Does anyone know if this is still operating? perhaps under a different name?

Recommendations of cheap accomodation near the airport also appreciated

I would like to find Tonga Soa, as I am interested in their gardens, and I believe they are under 20/night.
