Hi folks Allow me to add some information about Kasese, in Western Uganda. The Belgian Development Agency funded a Tourism Information Center in Kasese town. It allows visitors to connect more easily and safer to the community tourism organisations, hotels, local guides and private car hire agents in the region. The Information Center gives travel advice and offers assistance in booking your tours and accommodation. A small museum is added to the center which can be visited free of charge. Also a small book and craft shop can be found there, as well as an internet café with desktop pc's and wi-fi.
