Obtaining a Ghana visa

Has anyone had experiences in obtaining a visa for Ghana at the Ghana Embassy in Dakar, Senegal ? If so, how long did it take ? My other possibility is just to get one at the airport but feel this may be a little risky. Has anyone had experiences at Kotaka airport in getting a visa upon arrival? Suggestions...

You can get one at Kotoka. You must have a return ticket out of the country to show immigration...or proof of it. It took me hours but others were processed in no time. It shouldn't be a problem. You need cash on you. Try to have lower US dollars in tens to make it easier.
