Nyae Nyae Conservancy Who have been there?

I would like to know more about that place:
1)is it a real community place or a kind of so called cultural park ?

2) it use to be problems with GAM what this mean are there still problems?

3) I shall rent a Toyata condor 2 wheels drive is it possible to go there with that kind of car ?
