Luggage wrapping at Nairobi airport

Hi

Does anyone of you know if at the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta airport it is possible to secure you bag and wrap it?
I have a nice backpack and do not want the airport staff to destroy it.

Last time I was there, about 10 months ago, it was possible. Have used the service there several times and was always very happy with it - much cheaper than comparable service elsewhere and well done.

Nairobi Airport has a special film machine for wrapping luggage, and the wrapping takes 2-3 minutes for one suitcase/bag. If you compare the price of the service with the possible damage of the luggage, which is not covered by the airline company or insurance, the price is insignificant.

yes they do! it's quick, but I don't recall how much it cost.

Around Ksh1000 for average bags ($10).
