Hey there, | ||
The Red Chilli Hideaway has just moved to Butabika which is a bit out of town (I work nearby) but in a peaceful spot with a pretty view. I haven't been there but the staff are nice. Its probably 25-30,000 Ugandan Shillings for a private cab to the centre of town if you want to do the expat bars/big shops/cinema etc (1000ish shillings for a shared taxi I'm not sure about boda-bodas I'm too scared to use them). i don't know how many other tourists will be there as its the rainy season. | 1

I'd heard they were planning to move, but when told where, it's clear that it's a long way out. | 4
I recently stayed in a house in Ntinda I found on airbnb - not far from central Kampala, clean, nice area and reasonable nightly rate. | 5
