I see you haven't had much response on here :(
I would suggest that when you arrive in Windhoek to head to a few of the backpacker hostels and put up signs. Alternatively you could email ahead and ask them to put something on the notice boards. I know Chameleon Backpackers and Cardboard Box both offer this, might be worth a try!

I'm a Canadian male looking for somebody to share a car with as well. Although, I will not be in Windhoek until about February 18 - currently in South Africa. Not sure if this works for you? I have until March 31 to loop back to Cape Town.
