Dhows in Mozambique

Hey,
Can anybody tell me how easy or difficult it is to organise dhows up the coast of Mozambique from either Pemba or Quissangara to Mocimboa da Praia or Palma and eventually across the border to Mtwara, Tanzania? Also, how much would one normally pay for such a service?

We went from Pemba to Ibo on a dhow, so not exactly what you're looking for but we just talked to some travel agents who could do so for about $35US but we eventually just went down to the port in Pemba and talked to some people. Not easy with no portugese but got there in the end. We met some guys that were able to organize a dhow from Ibo to Tanzania. I think they paid about $10USD
