Last summer I picked up some congolese craft of very good quality from "The Travellers Rest Hotel" in Kisoro. Hopefully I will be returning to Uganda/Rwanda next summer. Therefore I wanted to hear where the best place is to find good quality congolese craft in Uganda and Rwanda?

I went to the two mentioned places and did not find anything with the same quality as the things I bought in "Travellers Rest Hotel" in Kisoro. I was to hear of somewhere with very good quality because the stuff at "Travellers Rest Hotel" is quite expensive.
But thanks again for the input

I am sure there are no other places that sell good Congolese Art.
Be aware of duplicate art pieces in other Areas.

hi if you are in kigali check out the caplaki art and craft market - SE of city centre on the gikondo nyenyeri bus route. Some stalls on the right hand side up the covered path do congolese stuff and the guys there know what they are talking about. If you fancy a trip down to bujunbura in burundi things are much cheaper. Cheers graham
