Bus from Kigali to Kampala

Hello,

I will be moving quickly through Rwanda to get to Kampala as Im behind schedule and need to catch a flight. I was wondering if people knew whether there are buses throughout the day from Kigali to Kampala or are there only overnight buses.

Im having some trouble getting ahold of individual bus companies and just want to know if I arrive in Kigali in the morning whether I can catch a bus then or if I will have to wait until the night to get a bus.

buses leave from nyabugogo bus park at 5:30am and at 9am.

Just took that route with Jaguar a few weeks back....they still exist and the buses are decent.

I'll second that. It's quite a scenic ride too, particularly in Rwanda.

Slightly late for this OP, but perhaps useful info' for others passing through - "waiting to get a night bus" on this route would not be advisable!
Besides, buses rarely/not allowed to operate at night outside of Kigali anyway.
