Arriving in Kigali by plane

Hi,
I hope you can help me.
I'm planning to go to Rwanda by air, but than I would like to take a trip by bus to Arusha, Tanzania.
My returning ticket by plane will be from Tanzania.
Do you know if immigration in Kigali will let me in without booked flight from Kigali?

Maybe I got lucky but I never had to show any papers for my way out of any African country, including Rwanda.

Do not you think you should get in touch with a Rwandan High Commission!
