Addo Elephant Park Accomodations

We are considering going to Addo for a day in April at the end of our Garden Route trip (arriving on a Friday and leaving on a Saturday). We will be with two children (11 and 7) so will probably only want to do one or two short-ish game drives.
Should we stay in teh park? If so, we will need somewhere with a restaurant accessible?
Should we stay outside of the park and drive in?
Budget will be around 2-3 hundred dollars, max.

Do you know how long it will take us to get from Kynsna to Addo. Will we be able to do something on the way - for example see Storms River or Robberg Nature Reserve?

You are looking at around 4 hours driving time, so yes, you will have time to stop on the way.
