Abebe Bikila Marathon - Addis Ababa

Hi

I know of a race called the Abebe Bikila Marathon in Addis, and apparently it's every June. I'd love to do it, and I'm sure it's open to foreigners. However I can't find any official website or details about entry. Does anybody know anything about it? Can anyone help me out here? Google has produced few useful results.

This is what I would think it is - The Great Ethiopian Run. Last year it was November-ish (I think?) June is rainy season, so I'm not sure if they would have it then. It is open to foreigners and registration points can be found all over the city during the time before the race.
