Serengeti safari tour operators

Do you have a specific Safari need? What port of entry are you flying into the country from?

We have a flight to Dar es Salaam, we'd like to spend 2 nights/3 days on safari, it might be as well Ruaha as long as we get to see the Big 5

I can recommend a company right in Dar that I used if you like. Serengeti is definitely far from Dar plus it's overly touristy and expensive.

You can do two days ( I don't think you'll need even two just one overnight ) in the nearby spacious, intimate, and less touristy Mikumi National Park. Let me know if you are interested. I'll post the link . They also offer local tours as well.

I saw the big five plus amazing birds and landscape on the way from Dar. Are you traveling with more than one person?

If your aim is to see the big 5, then use your 2 nights 3 days to Ngorongoro and Tarangire. My husband and I have just come back from the Ngorongoro Safari. We saw the big 5 in Ngorongoro, if you mean the big 5 to be Elephant, Rhino, Leopard, Buffallo and Lion. We flied into Dar es salaam also and connected with the Cheap fast jet flight toI Arusha where we started our safari. I don't think you can see these big 5 in Ruaha or Mikumi.

You also have to consider distance and road conditions. The road from Dar to Mikumi is very good and well maintained.
