Hi all,
I am looking to travel from Nairobi to Arusha overland somehow. I can't seem to find a way to book online and wondering if I have to at all or if I can just book something in Nairobi when I get there (I have 2 days in Nairobi).
Any advise on companies or where I would go to book something??
Thanks

Hi, do not worry, when you reach Arusha you will be amazed with info you will received from farious people from different companies want to sell a safari or climb to you. Plenty of tour operators. Cheerio.

There are several shuttles that go from Nairobi to Arusha and return. I went on the Impala shuttle, that was no problem. It will be easy to sort out something in Nairobi once you get there.

This is from another post:

Try these two:

If you're leaving from downtown Nairobi you won't have any trouble getting a shuttle. Just go to the Parkside Hotel the day before and reserve a seat. A few different shuttles leave from there.

I took the ordinary bus from Arusha to Nairobi and shortly after the border two girafs ran across the road in front of us but nothing happened as you could see the girafs well in advance! Maybe you'll get just as lucky taking the bus the other way.

Scandinavia also have a service from Nairobi to Arusha: http://www.scandinaviagroup.com

Scandinavia buses are the best. I have used them twice (and will use them again this December) to Tanzania. The buses leave for Dar es Salaam via Arucha, Moshi ...from Nairobi every day at 7.00am (reporting to the booking office at 6.30am).
