We want to go from Kampala to Arusha by Bus. Which company is doing this route?
How about the visa. I don't have an East African Visa. Will I have to pay for an Kenyan Visa if we cross Kenya on our way to Tanzania?

Of course you will have to pay for the Kenyan visa.

The cost of the East African visa is the same as a Ugandan visa ($100). Get an East African visa, then you don't have to pay for entering Kenya.

You will also need a separate Tanzanian visa as they are, currently, not part of the East African Visa group. It should be around $ 50 US. Good luck it will be a long trip and you may have to overnight in Nairobi unless they (the Kenyan Govt) have lifted the embargo on passenger coaches travelling at night.

There used to be a transit visa for Kenya for $20 (?) a few years ago, so if you are not planning on returning along the same route or on re-entering Kenya from Tanzania within the validity period of a normal tourist visa, the transit visa should be enough.
