Just wondering if it's easy enough to buy a flight when I get to Dar Airport, I am anxious about booking one in advance that leaves 90 mins after my flight from the UK is meant to land, in case of delays, visa troubles etc, and anxious about booking the next one which leaves 4 1/2 hours after my flight is meant to land in case of no delays, visas happening smoothly etc...

Are the flights often full or is there a massive price difference is I guess basically what I am asking, or is it unnecessarily complicated booking one at the airport...?

Thanks,

Ruth

p.s This is in 3 weeks time...

Sounds as if your flight is getting in reasonbly early in the day, which leaves you with plenty of opportunities to find a flight to Zanzibar. There are more airlines than the ones that can easily booked online or through international agencies, I never had a problem getting one on the spot. Price-wise it won't make much difference, if anything it will be cheaper to bok on arrival, depending on your bargaining skills.
Still - you may have to wait around for a few hours at the airport.

Hi Stefo,

Thanks for that - it's one of those silly things that I know will be fine really, I just wanted someone to reassure me! I am getting old....
