Hi,

Has anyone managed to withdraw cash from an ATM in Arusha using a visa electron card? Will be a tad stuck if I can't, so wanted to make sure! Cheers!

Yes, there are several major banks in Arusha that will let you withdrawl from your visa. I was just there in October.
