A friend graduated in Development Studies this year and needs experience with an aid organisation in the management of aid programmes. She is working as a volunteer in Mombasa at present but it isn't challenging enough and she isn't getting the experience she needs. Can anyone recommend good organisations in the aid funded sector who are working in Tanzania (or East Africa) that might be able to offer her the experience she needs. It seems extremely difficult to get contacts and find openings in Development Aid projects.
Any ideas would help.
