Which areas and accommodations (hotels and hostels) would you recommend in Zanzibar where to meet other fellow travellers?

Paje, Jambiani , Bwejuu on the east coast, Nungwi and Kendwa in the north, any guesthouse in Stonetown. Cannot recommend any particular place in Nungwi as I haven't been there is a while. In Bwejuu Mustapha's Place usually has a lively crowd staying there and is a very sociable place, in Paje Demani Lodge.
There is a facebook site set up by a friend of mine called "Backpacking in Zanzibar" (or something similar) with good recommendations.
