Hi,

I'm travelling Tanzania with a friend this June and July and we're looking for ways to make things a bit more affordable. We're both male and in our early fourties. As a start we're looking for travel companions to share fun & costs for the Ngorongoro Crater, Ol Doinyo Lengai, Lake Natron and the Serengeti. From there we will "complete" Tanzania anti-clockwise, so if you're in for a longer adventure you're more than welcome. We will most likely head to Tanzania from Nairobi on June 3rd.

Why so mystical? Make it public, maybe it is important for other travellers as well.

Thanks KatCurry,

I've contacted Swapgroups to see if they have more people interested. Hope it works out, though it's probably better to find more people first and THEN find someone who can organize this. But it doesn't hurt to try it both ways! Thanks again...

This is Pauline and Tim from Czech Republic. We are finishing our volunteer work in the southern part of Tanzania with the NGO organization this week. On 3rd June we will be heading to Arusha from Dar es salaam by bus, 4th June arrange for our planned 7--13 days safari, to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire and Lake Eyasi and Natron is in our mind. May be we can meet in Arusha on 4th June and arrange together a safari. Up to now we are searching contacting local companies in Arusha for quotes.
Thanks paulinetim42atyahoocom

@paulinewithyou:

I've sent you an email. Could work as I've added most destinations to my plan except for Tangarire, but that's open for discussion. Hope some more people are interested...

We've added a hike (1 day) in the Crater Highlands to our Ngorongoro Crater (1 day), Ol Doinyo Lengai (1 day), Lake Natron (1 day) and Southern/Western Serengeti (3/4 days to witness the wildebeest migration) itinerary, as extended hiking is incredibly expensive. Added is 1 day to travel between Lake Natron and the Serengeti.

We'll arrive in Arusha on June 4th and compare some travel companies. So if you're interested...
