anyone know where the university of capetown is and how to get there from the international airport

The main campus is on the east side of Table Mountain above Ronbebosch suburb.
I guess a taxi would be your best bet.

If you're driving yourself,

take the N2 from the airport towards the city. Take exit 6 at the foot of Devil's Peak onto the M3 (Rhodes Drive ), you're now heading south towards Muizenberg.

Pass the historic windmill on your left (there' s an exit there - ignore it).

Take the next exit to Mowbray/ Rondebosch.

At the traffic light at the base of the off ramp turn right into Woolsack Drive. It will take you back under the highway and snake up onto the UCT Upper Campus.

Stop at information and get directions and a parking permit or you WILL be wheel clamped :o)

Keep going down to the end of the M3 do a left then a right surfing at Muizenberg 5 KM ahead !
