Does anybody know which option is better?
I am a russian citizen traveling from India to South Africa, but because the SA embassy in Deli will not issue visas for non-citizens or residents in India, I cannot get it here.
So my plan is to fly to either in Maputo, Mbabane or Windhoek.
Has anybody tried this process?

to get to Mbabane you now have fly via Johannesburg.
and to get to Windhoek you would have to go via Johannesburg or Cape town.
so it looks like you have to go to Maputo.
and then still you may not get a visa.
