I will be traveling to South Africa the end of March for 10-14days. This is a short time compared to trips I have taken in the past. I usually go for 3 months min. My group would like to go Shark diving as well as see the sites South Africa has to offer. Any suggestion of where to go, stay, what airport to fly into, anything would be greatly appreciated!

For shark diving many people go to Gans Baai [fly to CapeTown]. The Saxon Inn in Gans Baai is a great place to stay [$60]. There is a lot to see around Capetown--check the LP guide.

If you want to get good advice, you need to provide a lot more information, other than just Shark diving. Interests, budget, previous visits to S.A. if any, what research you've already done. (I trust you've done some!)

Shark diving is best June to September. You may be disappointed in March.

As ArthurSA says, give us more info and we can be a lot more helpful. Cape Town is most people's starting point because there is so much to do and see, especially if you have only a short time.
