Green Point, Cape Town? And hike Lions Head

Hi!
Thank you for a very informative reply. Yes, I was thinking of maybe hiking to Lions Head then down to Camps Bay and catch the bus back? Will hopefully get a detailed map or info from the hostel when I get there and also check on safety of hiking alone.
As I have so little time I guess I should book the Table Mountain Hike ( what I most want to do) before I go? Presumably if the weather is bad I would get a refund?

Actually the walk from Camps Bay along the coast to Green Point via the Sea Point Promenade is pretty nice. You'll have to check with the tour company on refunds. Personally I'd try to book as late as possible to make sure the weather is going to be good. What time of year are you going? I'd pick the best chance of good weather and book the tour for that day and plan the rest of the trip around that.
